With a background ranging from recreational sports to representing Great Britain in kayaking, I'm now using my expertise to support multiple athletes in reaching their goals. As a sport psychologist, I've worked with athletes at all levels, including elite and non-elite, in sports like athletics, swimming, and para-triathlon.

My main focus is on improving their mental performance, helping them face tougher challenges while keeping their passion alive. My mission is simple: to help athletes achieve peak performance and well-being. I'm dedicated to unlocking the athlete’s full potential and ensuring they find fulfillment in their journey towards greatness.
